Don't Be Scammed!

Do not click on any link sent via text or email to access the banking website. Please enter the banking website address directly into your browser.

Do not give personal information such as your login, OTP and account details to anyone.

Do not remit/transfer immediately if you receive such requests, even if it's from your friends, reputable companies or government organisations.

Always check by calling your friends or the official hotlines of organizations, before you perform such requests to validate if the request is legitimate.

Do not trust email, ads or text messages claiming that you have won a prize.

Do not follow instructions from unverified callers to install applications, type commands into your computer or log in to your Internet banking accounts.

When logging in to a digital service with your Singpass app, ensure that the domain URL displayed on your Singpass app's consent page matches that on your browser before proceeding. If not, do not tap on the 'Log In' button on the consent screen.
